Executive Director, Client Partnerships

WalkerHealthcareIT, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced National Healthcare IT Sales Executive. WalkerHealthcareIT offers an exciting opportunity to join our national sales team! A well-qualified Executive Director, Client Partnerships will have the following skills and attributes:

5+ years of experience and a proven track record of new business development within the Healthcare or Healthcare IT staffing and/or consulting services industry
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented business development professional possessing the innate ability to drive strategic opportunities from discovery to closure
Highly organized consultative sales professional with a consistent record of establishing strong and trusted business relationships in the Healthcare Payer and Provider space
Capable of strategically identifying and establishing consistent contact with decision makers and people of influence within the healthcare industry
Ability to create meaningful, revenue generating relationships across multiple clients and client sites nationwide in alignment with client and company goals and initiatives
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible sales professional who is calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Ability to effectively close business, meeting or exceeding minimum company standards

Executive Director, Client Partnerships role and responsibility:

Lead generation through effective prospecting, cold calling, internet marketing, networking, proposal writing and relationship building
Account penetration through the effective discovery of new business opportunities, heavily involved in all aspects of the sales process
Establish sustainable new client pipeline while also expanding revenue opportunities at current accounts
Flexibility to travel as required for prospecting, client meetings and professional conferences

Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is requiredwithin an area of study focused on communications, business or healthcare.
C-Suite sales experience is strongly preferred
History of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Healthcare IT Account Manager

WalkerHealthcareIT, a certified MBE / WBE focused exclusively on delivering healthcare technology and clinical services & solutions to Payer and Provider clients, is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Account Manager to support several of our existing healthcare clients and provide new account development within Healthcare Solutions. This position will partner closely with the Vice President of Payer and Health System Partnerships, working effectively in a collaborative environment toward strategic organizational goals.

The Healthcare IT Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client needs are understood and met by each department within our company. This includes handling all client inquiries, working to find solutions to client opportunities and any issues, and managing our internal response to ensure clients are experiencing a positive relationship with WalkerHealthcareIT.

Our competitive Salary-Plus-Commission compensation plan allows you to earn a six-figure income. What you will do:

Act as a primary point of contact on assigned client accounts, representing WalkerHealthcareIT Technology Healthcare Consulting Services
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Work collaboratively with our Recruiting and Delivery Teams to ensure client expectations are being met
Partner with our client’s Corporate Procurement Office to manage New Requirements, Purchase Orders, SOW’s, and MSA’s
Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and discuss alignment of our services and solutions
Provide insight into innovation opportunities to improve our client’s delivery and lower their costs
Understand client’s upcoming project needs and ensure our internal readiness to support them
Develop new leads within client accounts
Provide insight into employee retention, performance, and renewals
Manage day-to-day existing account requirements including:
- Understanding and communicating the client’s needs to the Account Team
- Keeping the client informed of key information that may be critical to their success
- Monitoring candidate submissions; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recruiting response
- Assisting in interview logistics, preparation and follow up
- Monitoring account performance to ensure we are exceeding client expectations, including timely starts
- Ensuring compliance with Client MSA, performance reporting and onboarding

What we are seeking:

Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience; previous Clinical Contract services required; previous Account Management or Sales experience in IT Technology Services preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Experience supporting large IT or Healthcare client accounts
Strong negotiation skills
Extremely detail oriented
Strong aptitude for new technology
Ability to multitask and thrive in goal-oriented environment
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Willingness to learn the business from the industry leaders at WalkerHealthcareIT

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and oral communication capabilities
Well-versed in collaboration with your colleagues, acting cross-functionally to support the sales process with Sales and Executive Teams
Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
Knowledgeable of the full range of company and third-party technology, products and services, and how these services align to customer needs

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
